Reading Through the Nyte

If it has pages, I will try to read it. Admittedly, I will not always succeed, as some books honestly do not deserve to be printed, not to mention finished. After reading them, I like telling people about books-- whether to avoid them or seek them out... and so it goes...

No Rest for the Wiccan - Madelyn Alt This is the 4th book in this series, and it's not her best effort. The start was strong, but having a main character who whines a bit but then is just fine about the fact her sister has ruined the professional life of her purported dead friend friend and boss and then who plays the whiny woman unable to choose between her current boyfriend and a hopeful (and more handsome) paramour makes this a less than enjoyable book. The capstone is having the mystery solved nearly all "off camera" and summarized in a two page bit of metaphysical twaddle that isn't even in character with the series, and I think I am done with this author.
